Who are the Lions?

- Lions are people who enjoy working to help those less fortunate than themselves.
There are more than 43,000 Lions clubs worldwide with 1.4 million members serving in more than 180 countries. Lions are both nonpolitical and non-sectarian.
The Lions Club of Paparoa meet on the first and third Monday of each month; the first is a business meeting and the second a dinner meeting.
